Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OTT Store website, store, account area and reseller API (together, the “Service”). By placing an order or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What we sell
We sell digital products: software license keys, subscription accounts and related digital goods. Product pages describe the specific item, its license type, validity period where applicable, and its replacement warranty window. The description on the product page at the time of purchase forms part of your agreement with us.
2. Delivery
- Products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout (and, where applicable, in your account area).
- Most deliveries are automatic and complete within minutes of payment confirmation. Where a product requires manual provisioning, an estimated fulfilment time is shown on the product page.
- You are responsible for providing a correct, accessible email address and for checking spam folders.
3. License usage
- Software licenses are supplied for use in accordance with the software publisher's own license terms (for example, Microsoft's license terms for Windows and Office). Purchasing a key from us does not modify the publisher's terms.
- Usage limits (number of devices, transferability, validity period) depend on the license type stated on the product page.
- You agree to use products lawfully and not to use the Service for fraud, abuse, or resale in violation of a product's stated terms.
4. Returns, replacements and refunds
- Because license keys and account credentials cannot be “returned” once revealed, all sales are final after successful delivery, except as described in our Refund & Replacement Policy or where required by applicable law.
- Failed, invalid or non-working products are covered by the replacement warranty stated on the product page. Replacement is the primary remedy; refunds are issued where replacement is not possible.
5. Accounts and the reseller API
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys. Activity performed with your credentials is treated as yours.
- Reseller wallet top-ups are prepaid balances usable only for purchases through the Service. Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
- We may suspend accounts or API access involved in fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
6. Pricing and availability
Prices and stock levels may change without notice. If a pricing or listing error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you to either honor, correct, or cancel and fully refund that order.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Service and products are provided as described on their product pages; our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order; and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from software publisher actions (such as key blocking) beyond the remedies in our Refund & Replacement Policy, or from your use of products contrary to the publisher's terms.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it takes effect. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
